Patriot Express Car & Dog Wash

DO NOT GO HERE TO WASH YOUR CAR! I went today and put some dollars in the machine as soon as the water started spraying out I realized the hose was completely broken. SOAPY Water was spraying and all directions got high pressure water into my eyes all over my work clothes and I could barely see the stop button. When I did stop, the machine continued running and did not give me my money back. Tried to call the owner for a refund and no answer. If you’re going to leave dangerous conditions and not label them they are gonna get sued Edit: yes- they did call me back, since that’s such a huge detail. I wrote this review before they called back. So technically not a “lie”. Since you wanna say I “lied” how about let’s talk about how y’all say you take care of your equipment but almost all the reviews of this place suggest otherwise. Whether broken machines or ripoff rates, the numbers don’t lie. I hope people see this review since you don’t want to be bothered by being an accredited business and actually accept the filed complaints from the Better Business Bureau. I hope that you do better, and maybe close your car wash.

Doesn't accept quarters only uses tokens. Today was the 3rd time I've been overcharged for a 2 1/2 minutes of just rinsing pollen from my 20 year old car! Tokens machine not working. Vacuum out of order! I was charged $5 for 2 1/2 minutes because I used my debit card! Unacceptable and it's the 3rd time!! My next act is to call the Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce & also the BBB

Wish I could leave negative stars. This car wash is absolute crap. It wouldn’t take my card. Then when I went out of my way to go get cash to use the air dryer, the power of the dryer was weaker than my hair dryer at home. Calling customer service didn’t help, as they didn’t answer. Don’t go here. You’ll lose money and get absolutely nothing accomplished

I've always looked for a wash to do everything you need in one stop. This place is amazing. The customer service is fantastic, they make you feel like family. The options for cleaning and detailing your car are outstanding. This is truly the ONLY place to do your car right. Take your time and bring your list to do, you will drive away absolutely satisfied 100%. Thank you Patriot Express Wash!!! Amazing. I will be back weekly, and next time I'm bringing my dog!!! Thank you!!!

I don't usually leave reviews/feedback but I have to say... I LOVE THIS PLACE. The convenience and equipment to wash your car is always ON POINT. Staff is all about customer service and satisfaction. I ALWAYS hand wash my car here and I have never encountered any problems. The person who runs the place is VERY NICE and down to earth. Camara surveillance is always 24/7 and they always keep an eye out for their customers and keep you safe. Highly recommend it. Safe, cheap, excellent!
